What Stresses You Out?


 
      Are you stressing out? Increased stress can lead to anxiety, concern, and depression. But it can be difficult to be stress-free in our life. Many people stress out about something. Being under stress sometimes is normal. Of course, I also stressed out about something. Reason is very various.
 
     Most of all, I stressed by pressure and responsibilities about my future. There is nothing as to create the future. But I had no dreams. Actually, I’ve never thought about my dream earnestly. So, I feel anxiety about the future. I just live a busy life and I have no time have hope or dream. For this reason, I was stressed out.

    In particular, exams cause many stress for me. I study merely as good grade requirements. Study without desire made me tired and boring. So, I was most stressed in the exam period. My stress levels were high on an every time in the exam. At the end of the semester, I was exhausted.
